FUNCTIONS (basic) - Who Does What


On smaller productions one person usually performs several of the functions listed below
point Producer Oversees (is the boss of) the production
point Writer Writes Script
point Videographer Cameraperson, Shooter
Shoots whatever is needed for the production
point Graphics Specialist Creates and composes logos, animations, artwork
point Director (see Expanded Reference)
point Talent On-camera spokesperson or Actor
point Voiceover Narrates production if necessary
point Editor Creates the final presentation using all visual and audio elements

Phase 1 - Pre-Production

Phase 2 - Production
